Subject: The Lord is so good
Everything is happening in what
I am now calling the "African Way." Basically by constant faith in the work
of the Lord. Our most recent news this morning is that the lung specialist
in Nairobi determined that Jane has fluid around the lungs as well as in one
lung. They are proceeding to drain the outer fluid which should make her much
more comfortable. Every connection getting Jane and Judy to Nairobi was made
perfectly and with medical care the entire way. The Lord is so good. The
plan for funds with AIM sounds like the very best solution. Sorry the
directions and needs and basic info were so confusing. I was only getting
pieces of the plan and trying to let you know that something was up. But God
has made a straight way for us.
The days are speeding past now and I am praying we will be able to complete
a couple of our projects so that the boys will be able to see the full
results of their work together. Saturday we go to Nassa and then Sunday Lori
and I start the long long journey home. I'm having some sinus problems, but
trying to nip it in the bud. Everyone is trying to help. Everyone else is in
good health. The air quality in Mwanza is horrible between the cooking over
open fires and great amounts of traffic exhaust.
There are so many beautiful things about the place and the people I can't
wait to share with you. The Church service was especially powerful. We'll
try to get more updates to everyone as we can.
