| Pastor Ryan Rasmussen
Pastor Ryan became Senior Pastor of First Presbyterian Church, Anderson in June of 2010. Before coming to Anderson, he was an Associate Pastor of Missions and Evangelism in Goldsboro, NC for six years. Prior to that, he and his wife, Michelle, were missionaries to Kenya for a year. Pastor Ryan earned his Masters of Divinity degree at Louisville Presbyterian Seminary and is currently working on a Doctor of Ministry degree at Reformed Theological Seminary. He and Michelle have four young children: Joe, Jacobline, Nathan, and Elissa.
The Rasmussens enjoy having people over to their home, playing games, watching movies, reading great books, playing sports, and going on an occasional hike. We love God's word, and especially enjoy reading about great missionaries who God has used in amazing ways to share the gospel.
