Some of you may recall the story, Alexander and the Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Day

Well, that was my day yesterday...yesterday was another bad day. First of all, my sister was being a total brat-and-a-half the whole day which really was awful... For lunch we went to my aunt's house and I brought my camera to take pictures, turns out she has this grant to go out and buy food, dessert, balloons, and such and invites all these poor kids to her house on KIDS DAY to come and eat and play... There were at least 70 people crammed into this house that should've only had about 10... it was so hot, but the kids were so happy. It was totally adorable... But as soon as I turned on my camera, the battery light flashed and it turned off!!!! ahhhhhhh!!!!! no batteries! So I didn't even get any pictures and I had spent like 20 minutes with my cousin, Gi, looking for my purse because it was hidden away in some closet so that it wouldn't get stolen... anyhow...

We left after about an hour and a half... afterwards we decided to rent some movies before we came home... it was REALLY hot yesterday, but my sister made my 8-year-old cousin sit in the unairconditioned black car. I told her she should let him come inside too because it was too hot to sit in the car, but she said no, he was too annoying (by the way, I love this little kid!! He is so adorable and sweet and helpful. She just hates kids in general and won't even give her little cousin a chance)... and when we came back his eyes were all big and staring into space as he was completely dripping with sweat. I've played soccer with this kid and I've never even seen him sweat before. It was seriously cruel.

Then I was supposed to go swimming at Araçatuba Clube (this country club in Araçatuba) after eating at my aunt's house...my sister threw a big fit about having to drive me because it was "so far"... well, somebody told me it was the club by Katie's house... My sister drove to the place she thought I meant, the place I was really supposed to go, and then I told her that it wasn't the right place because the club I was supposed to meet them at was near Katie's house. So she dropped me off at the other club, and she was really angry that she drove me all the way out to the real Araçatuba Clube because it's so far from the 2nd place she took me... Well, it turns out I was supposed to go to the real Araçatuba Clube, not the little club by Katie's house. So I had to get written directions from Katie's dad (which were wrong) and walk all the way to the real Araçatuba Clube after spending 20 minutes trying to figure out how the heck I was supposed to get into this little club.... Araçatuba Clube was at least 2 miles from where I was. When I got there, they were all already sick of swimming and ready to go home... I got about 20 minutes in the pool before I had to change back into my clothes and walk all the way home from Araçatuba Clube which is at least a 4 mile walk from my house!!

YUCK!! It seriously was really terrible. And after all that walking, I came home to an empty house with no dinner. Great. (you'll all please remember that I'm running on 4 hours of sleep this whole day because I came home at 5:30 in the morning from the club-- it took everything in me not to just break down and cry)...yeah, a seriously bad day. Okay, I'll talk to you guys later!
